PRDO’s (Patricio Rubio Design Office, LLC) objective is to understand what the client’s vision is first, then, working together with a wide range of engineering consultants, city officials, builders and people that will use such spaces, this office develops a building design solution, either for residential or commercial use, that meets the client’s original goal, always respecting the natural and built environment, aiming to contribute to a better future for the next generations to come.

With almost 20 years of experience working at several different architecture offices in different countries, the time came to start my own path and create P R D O.
The last 6 years working for Dick Clark + Associates as a Project Designer and Project Manager, provided me with an invaluable set of skills that are now the foundation of my independent practice and it future will always be based on what I learn from so many amazing people there who guide me and collaborated with me.
The following projects represent the building design process. From the first understanding of the client’s main idea, to the last phase of completion, where the building is fully occupied and ready for its initial purpose.
